• A 50% deposit is required before production begins. 
• Deposits are non-refundable once artwork has been approved or materials have been ordered. 

• Because all signs, banners, vehicle graphics, decals, and other custom products are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final after final artwork approval. 
• No refunds or exchanges are available on custom products unless the item contains a manufacturing defect or was produced differently from the approved proof. 

• Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for spelling, dimensions, colors, and layout before giving final approval. 
• Once a proof is approved, the customer assumes responsibility for any errors that appear on the finished product. 

• Orders canceled before production begins may receive a refund less any design time, materials ordered, and administrative costs. 
• Orders canceled after production has started are responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date. 

• If an installation issue results from our workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected portion at no charge. 
• Damage caused by harsh weather, accidents, vandalism, improper care, or customer misuse is not covered. 

• Any concerns regarding an order must be reported within 7 days of pickup, delivery, or installation.
